The staff were great Alexandrina was very welcoming and helpful as were the other staff we met. The spa facilities were very good and we really enjoyed our two spa sessions: very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was very good. The complimentary fridge was a very nice touch too.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff welcomed me warmly and were always ready to assist with any queries. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide range of delicious options, both continental and local specialities. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to major attractions, public transport, and great restaurants, which made exploring the city effortless. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again!

I can't speak highly enough of this amazing hotel in Padua. The hotel itself is beautiful -- and having advantage of free use of the spa facilities with our reservation was a rare treat. In particular I have to thank the staff of this hotel -- especially Chiarra and Alexandrina. I had a medical emergency and the two of them went to great lengths to be helpful, thoughtful, and kind. I can not speak highly enough of this location, and their staff! Great room. Great food. Great location. Great hospitality and care-and-feeding of their clientele!

Our room was upgraded to a spacious suite. We were able to leave the hire car to be parked and it was brought back to us on our departure. Location was great so we were able to walk to restaurants, the Cappella Scrovegni and Basilica St Anthony. Breakfast was great - without being asked, they made up a pot of fresh fruit for us without the strawberries that my wife is allergic to - and staff were very helpful.

The venue was excellent and close to what we wanted to visit in Padova as well as the room facilities and well insulated room. Breakfast was satisfying (including scrambled eggs and bacon) and coffee made to order. The welcoming by Alexandrina was the best we’ve ever had. She made us feel as we were at home, her assistance and recommendations during our stay was well beyond what we expected and her customer service was like no other. During our visit during the last week in July 2024, the Spa was not operational, but fortunately we were busy enough during the 3 days of our stay to miss it.

The staff was excellent. Very attentive to all of our needs. Room was very nice. We were able to adjust the lighting including a nice mood lighting. The spa is a private event and was very nice. This was the best part. Having private access to the spa facilities lifted this location above most of the others on our trip.

Great location, the staff were all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly The room was very comfortable, great lighting so many places these days the lighting is not great for make up etc here it was perfect. Nice size towels. Hair dryer in great position again not always near to a good mirror . The bed was really comfortable. There was a good charging station with a uk adaptor - coffee machine - safe The private spa was amazing, great at the end of our trip. Really relaxing Would highly recommend for a relaxing stop, with great easy access to the Old Town - only a few minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Thank you for a great stay

The location right in the old city center is great. You can book the SPA for 1 1/2 hours a day for yourself to relax. Amazing, if you like SPAs. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It is a small hotel, and they make you feel at home (we stayed 6 nights). We got an upgrade to a suite, but next time I would pay for it. The room was large and it felt like a nice little apartment (room 2).

The location is excellent, and despite being in city center, not hard to drive to. On-site parking is essentially unavailable, with paid parking somewhere off-site and outside ZTL, I think 10mins walk to hotel. However, the kind and professional staff was able to take car of the parking for me, which was a big relief, especially given the hot weather! Rooms are modern styled and with excellent a/c.
